The artist´s comment on the artwork: “The work is a diptych, saying stop/enough to the hard times. My grandmother told me that in her days depression was treated with a cocktail of glucose and vitamin C for 10 days. The first image that came to my mind was a “stop” tape and that is how the work was born. My first impression about Estonian people was that they were calm, rational, knowing what they want. This work for me represents the wisdom that I see in Estonians.”
