Riin Maide

Riin Maide lives and works in Tallinn. Riin graduated Graphic Arts BA in the Fine Arts department of Estonian Academy of Arts in summer 2020. She has also studied scenography in Alternative and Puppet Theater department in DAMU, Prague. Her work is inspired by sentimental experience, recreating poetical fantasies. Her playful installations talk about memory and presence by using various graphic mediums but also including performative elements. Riin is one of the winners of the Young Artist Prize of EAA 2020.
