Õli lõuendil “In The Morning” was part of Ello’s solo show called “Emerging” in Draakoni Gallery on 2017. About the exhibition: „I drew my inspiration from the different moments of light and shadow, emerging from darkness. I focused on the dialogue, the dance between them. One can’t exist without the other. Always together, hand in hand, they define themselves through each other. The harmony and beauty in these moments captured me. I wished to share the sense peace I have felt and witnessed.” On this painting I have depicted an autumn morning with the sun shining through pine trees. Zoomed in on the detail, it is not so important especially what is depicted, all the attention is on the shimmering of Light.
