The artist about the artwork:
Tomas was a true comedian. One summer, when spending time together in a village, we decided to sleep at night in a tent. That day, the air was hot and a pouring rain occurred at night. Nothing but Tomas‘ shoes, that he left outside the tent, made the whole day memorable. In the morning, he came out of the tent and shouted surprisely: “What a pond in my shoes!”
